Want to know a bit more about the people behind the Celebrants Collective? Well, you’ve come to the right place! Here's the regular team that keeps the cogs turning to ensure that the best of the Celebrants Collective is brought directly to you.
About Natasha (She/her)
Co-director of awesomeness and celebrant development
As the founder of the Celebrants Collective, Natasha’s heart is at the heart of the operation. Taking her own passion for being a celebrant onboard, Natasha oversees the direction of the Celebrants Collective HQ to ensure that its members become the best that they can be, through the Collective’s career development hub and community. Natasha is also a tutor for the Celebrants Collective Wedding Celebrant Training Course.
As well as being in her thirteenth year of being a celebrant, she’s also the founder of the award-winning wedding blog, Engaged and Ready, leads a small team of celebrants at Malaga Minister.com and is a judge for the The Wedding Industry Awards Celebrant Category and is the host of the Celebrant Survival Podcast.
Her expertise is consistently being sought after and she is a frequent speaker at wedding conferences and workshops in the UK and abroad.
Natasha loves a glass of vino and Beyoncé in equal measure. And she's really good at reading magazines when posing for photos.
About Claire (She/her)
Co-director of awesomeness and celebrant training
There aren’t many celebrants who can say they conducted a wedding ceremony live on national tv, with Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby present, but Claire is one of them! In 2018, she became the first celebrant to lead a ceremony live on ITV’s This Morning. Awesome, right? And in the same year she was crowned The Wedding Industry Awards Celebrant of the Year.
Claire became a celebrant in 2015 after fourteen years of running a successful coaching business. Coaching saw her working 1-2-1 with clients, writing articles for blogs, magazines and newspapers and giving motivational talks to groups of varying sizes, so she feels that she’s had all the right ‘ingredients’ for years, and that becoming a Celebrant is her winning ‘recipe’.
Claire was also a celebrant Trainer for one of the UK’s leading celebrant training bodies. She has created both of the Celebrants Collective signature Funeral and Wedding Celebrant training courses and is a course tutor for both.
Before she became the co-director and celebrant training boss of the Collective, she was its main content producer and writer. Claire really can't believe her luck that she gets to combine her passion for celebrancy with her love of teaching it to others. Ask her any day and she will tell you that she has her dream job!

About Rosalie (She/her)
Wedding and Funeral Celebrant Training Tutor
Since she was young Rosalie dreamt of designing and conducting ceremonies for people who did not want to follow the convention. It took her careers in Theology (where she learnt a thing or two about rituals) and Change Management Consultancy (where she helped organisations realise their dreams) before she discovered her ideal job.
Fast forward five years and Rosalie is an award-winning wedding and funeral celebrant, speaker, co-founder of ‘Grief Training for Professionals’ and Death Cafe host to a global audience.
Warm, compassionate and creative, Rosalie loves finding unique and meaningful ways to celebrate love and life, including ceremonies at unusual locations. A wedding in a cinema? A funeral in a theatre? She’s done it!
Rosalie also is experienced in online ceremonies and has a special interest in dementia-friendly funerals and baby and child funerals.
Rosalie is course tutor for both our wedding and funeral training courses. She has a passion for learning and mentoring and was delighted when we approached her to become part of the CC team!
In her free time she loves watching art house movies with her husband, climbing trees with her children and drinking cocktails with friends.
