The ECC launches for professional Celebrants in Europe

After months of waiting, the highly anticipated launch of the European Celebrants' Collective has finally come. Created with Celebrants in mind, The European Celebrants' Collective is the first of its kind, an online educational platform for the professional development of Celebrants in Europe. The platform welcomes Celebrants of all ages, gender, background, and affiliated or not to any Celebrant's organisation. The common factor is each Celebrant's commitment to their ongoing growth as a Celebrant and their passion for what they do. 'It really is very exciting to be able to create a community for Celebrants in Europe, where collectively we can learn new skills related to our role and business practices and grow together, says founder and fellow independent Celebrant Natasha Johnson.

Learn and thrive

Each month members will have access to a new topic which is lead by a leading industry expert who will specialise in one or more of the following areas; the art of celebrancy, business administration, social media and marketing, client-based services and personal care and development. At the start of the month, via their private membership account, members will be able to read and digest the topic notes, download a topic planner, where applicable, and consolidate their knowledge with a topic worksheet. Towards end of the month, the expert contributor will lead a live Q&A session via the ECC private FB group, where he or she will consolidate the topic theme and be available to answer members' questions or doubts. With membership starting at 20 Euros per month, with flexible payment and saver options 'we want Celebrants to be able to thrive and to have valuable resources to hand without breaking the bank,' continued Natasha.

Community spirit

Building a community is one of the founding principles of the ECC and something that is very much at the heart of the platform. As well as community news to celebrate the achievements of Celebrant members, members will be able to meet in person and enjoy participating in the ECC annual retreat convention. The first retreat convention is scheduled for November 2018, in the stunning Malaga countryside. This event will enable members and non-members to enjoy one another's company whilst taking part in workshops and listening to keynote speeches from some of the expert contributors who've contributed to the previous year's learning programs. The retreat convention will end with an exciting members' awards ceremony to celebrate the talents and skills of passionate celebrants. This exciting platform opens its doors on Tuesday 31st October 2017, and Natasha and the ECC team could not be more excited to welcome members from around Europe and beyond.
